Youth

The HBCU Pathways Program is a year-round program focused on college readiness, career exploration, and cultural awareness. The program is designed to inform decisions related to career paths BEFORE students select a major or college and to connect participants to early work experiences with the overarching goal to positively address the achievement gap through increased college attendance and meaningful career paths.
